NannyVerse is a boutique, founder-led nanny placement and concierge agency serving the Rio Grande Valley, Austin, and Southern California. We offer personalized matches with thoroughly vetted nannies and optional premium services to support your household with ease.

We currently serve families throughout:

  • Austin, Texas
  • Southern California (including Rancho Palos Verdes)
Travel nanny coordination is available nationwide for Elite members.

What makes NannyVerse different?

We’re not a listing site or babysitting app. NannyVerse is founder-led, with years of real-world nanny and family support experience. Our standards go far beyond other platforms. We’re here to reduce stress, save you time, and help you find the perfect match—so you don’t have to.

What kind of nannies do you place?

We place full-time, part-time, and travel-ready nannies. Many of our candidates are CPR/First Aid certified, bilingual, or experienced in early education, Montessori, or special needs care. Some also bring background in STEM, creative arts, or enrichment-based care.

How do you vet your nannies?

Our vetting process includes:

  • Application and resume review
  • Phone/video interviews
  • Background and reference checks
  • Certification verification
  • Personality alignment for your family
We only present candidates we would trust in our own homes.

Can I interview or trial a nanny before hiring?

Yes! We provide detailed profiles, set up interviews, and can arrange trial sessions if needed. You stay in control of the final decision.

What if the nanny doesn’t work out?

All memberships include a replacement guarantee:

  • Basic: 30-day guarantee
  • Platinum: Up to 3 replacements within 6 months
  • Elite: Unlimited replacements during your 12-month membership

What’s the difference between memberships?

We offer three tiers based on your support needs:

  • Basic: One-time placement + essentials
  • Platinum: Ongoing support, local resources, check-ins, contract help
  • Elite: Full concierge services including travel nanny, tutoring, events, and more

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds are issued once the placement process begins. However, all plans include guaranteed replacements to ensure you're never left without support.

Can I purchase extra services later?

Yes! We offer tutoring referrals, travel nanny coordination, private chef sourcing, party helper sourcing, and more—available at any time, with or without a membership.
